FAQs

Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: Though we may use other couriers- such as FedEx or UPS- as needed, our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us if faster shipping methods are required.

 

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! All USPS Priority and Express parcels are trackable the USPS website (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input), and UPS can be tracked through the UPS website (http://www.ups.com/).

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! We offer free standard USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $100 that are shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer free international shipping.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All non-Urban Naturals orders will typically ship out within 1 business day. For Urban Naturals products, due to the fact that they are handmade to order, there may be a several day delay in shipping these items. If any unexpected delays are encountered, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail.

 

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: For domestic (US) shipping, our rates start at $6.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. For orders over $100, we offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States.


Q: I can't find a particular product that I'm looking for. Can you special order it?

A: Unfortunately, for us as well as our customers, time-based special orders are currently cost-prohibitve; however, if you are willing to place your order in conjunction with our ordering, we would be happy to special order any product from the lines we carry. Additionally, we are always looking for new products so that we can better meet the demands of our customers. If there is a particular product that you would like to see us carry, please feel free to send us a message with your request through our contact page.

 

Q: What if a product arrives defective or damaged?

A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase: if you're not satisfied, then neither are we. So, if you have any issues or concerns with the order you received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may work to resolve it.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of personal care products as well as the shelf-life of organic/natural products, we do not currently accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging. For items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item and you meet the above requirements, please contact us directly to initiate the return process.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently acccept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, and Solo) as well as PayPal, PayPal SmartConnect, and PayPal Credit.

 

Q: How can I apply a discount code or use a gift voucher?

A: Once you've finished shopping, click on the "Shopping Cart" title at the top center-right of any page (between My Account and Checkout). As you go down the next page, there's an individual section for Apply Discount Code and Use Gift Voucher. Just click on whichever applies to you, enter the code, and click Apply. Once finished, your discount/voucher should be reflected in your total, and you can checkout using the button immediately below the total.
